Privacy Policy

HandaroAI Inc. ("we", "us") publishes the House of Prize mobile app for iOS and Android (the "App"). This policy covers the App only.

1. We do not collect anything

The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information.

• There is no account. You cannot sign in, and we never ask for your email or name.
• The App has no server. It makes no network requests at all. Every game, including the AI opponents, runs entirely on your device.
• There is no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party SDK of any kind.
• We do not use your advertising identifier (IDFA / GAID) and we do not track you across apps or websites.

Because nothing is transmitted, there is nothing for us to sell, share, or lose in a breach.

2. What stays on your device

The App saves a small amount of data locally, using your device's standard app storage:

Game records — which game, result, score, number of moves, duration, date	So you can see your own history
Settings — sound on/off, theme, language	So the App remembers your preferences

This never leaves your device. We cannot see it. It is included in your device backup if you have backups enabled, under your own account with Apple or Google — that backup is governed by their policies, not ours.

You can delete all of it at any time:

• Settings → Delete my game records, or
• delete the App (which removes everything it stored).

3. Permissions

The App never asks you to grant a permission. It does not access your location, contacts, calendar, photos, camera, microphone, or health data, and it declares no permission that requires your approval.

Sound effects are bundled audio files played locally. The App declares only routine install-time permissions that Android grants automatically and that carry no access to your personal data (network access and audio playback settings).

4. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. Since it collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children either — there is no data for a parent or guardian to review, correct, or request the deletion of.

5. Your rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA, and Korea's PIPA give you rights over personal information a company holds about you — access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection.

We hold no personal information about you, so there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, or delete on our side. The data on your device is under your control, and §2 explains how to erase it.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not process it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

6. Changes

If we add features that collect data — an account, cloud sync, analytics, or purchases — we will update this policy and the App Store / Google Play privacy disclosures before those features ship, and we will describe them here. We will post changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
